What does my conference admission include?
Each admission includes:
- Entry to the retreat on Tuesday, March 5, including lunch buffet and refreshments
- Entry to welcome reception on Monday, March 4
- Entry to closing reception on Tuesday, March 5, including refreshments
- Shuttle upon arrival (March 4) and departure (March 6) for flights arriving and departing from Denver International Airport (DEN). Please schedule your flights according to our shuttle departures from the airport and resort.
What am I responsible for?
You are responsible for your departure/arrival flights, miscellaneous expenses for activities, cash bar, merchandise, etc.
When do I receive my registration materials?
Registration materials will be distributed at the Ameristar Black Hawk resort on Tuesday, March 5. The registration desk is located on level 2 and is open from 8-10am. Please bring your registration confirmation to receive your retreat badge and materials. Both print and electronic confirmations will be accepted.
What is the Beyond The Music Retreat cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellation requests must be sent to info@beyondthemusicretreat.com no later than February 26, 2019. No refunds or credit will be provided for cancellations made after February 26, 2019. A $100 (USD) cancellation fee will be deducted from refunds.
Registration payments made via credit card will be refunded to the original credit card and will be processed two to four weeks after the conference.
